ALONG THE SOUTH-EAST RIDGE
From the end of June to the end of September

The east ridge is an option to avoid the normal route from Langflue. It is recommended for anyone who likes to climb away from the crowd on wilder trails. Awesome landscapes and breathtaking views guaranteed.

Once reached the Feejoch col on the Allalinhorn normal route, the track run on the Feechopf ridge and, finally, the south east ridge of Alphubel. Not technically difficult, the rock climbing section that lead to Feechopf is really fun and scenic. At the Alphubeljoch pass, where the track from Tashhutte pass through as well, our route head to the narrow ridge that became wider and wider as it reach the proper summit of Alphubel. In very good conditions it is possible to descent on the same way. Otherwise the descent will be on the normal route.
